INFLATION : HOW INFLATION EFFECT ON OUR LIFE ?? : with  EXAMPLE

WHY SHOULD I INVEST ?  : Before we start investing in the share market, the first question is that, why we want to earn too much money.

Ans :DESIRE :  For a better lifestyle.  (everybody wants)

GOAL : Different types of peoples exist in the world have various types of goals in their life, for short term and, for long term base goal.

They wanted to spend too much money to achieve their goal very fast, But side by side they also wanted to earn a lot of money and also minimize their cost of living.

They also wanted to protect their depreiciation value of money against the uncertainty in future.

Those people who always looking for the different types of investment tools in the market to grow  their money, While they are doing a job and doing their business.

Share market is the place where you can grow your money while you are sleeping. For that, you just invest in the share market for short term and long term horizon to achieve your GOAL.

A COMMON QUESTION ARISES IN OUR MIND IS :

HOW CAN I INVEST IN SHARE MARKET?

I DON'T KNOW ABOUT SHARE MARKET.

First of all open Demat account.

HOW TO OPEN THE DEMAT ACCOUNT ?: (open account with ONLINE and  OFF LINE in both ways.)

No. of  stockbrokers and banks are available in India for investment in share market for that, they have charged brokerage for that.

Click on link for : TOP 15 STOCKBROKERS IN INDIA

Every stockbroker have their own brokarage plan depend on their service. You have to decide which one is better to open demat account.

For open demat account in India  following documents are required:

You can open Demat account with online and offline in both ways in India.

1) IDENTITY PROOF :Aadhar card ( UID) , Voter Id card , driving licence, etc.

2) ADDRESS PROOF :Aadhar card , electricity bill , telephone bill , Gas bill, etc.

3) PAN CARD:Mandatory document to open Deamt account.(exemption for specially, mention in PAN section )

4) BANK ACCOUNT PROOF: Cancelled cheque , bank account statement (last 3 to 6 month)

HOW CAN I START INVESTMENT IN SHARE MARKET ?

INVESTMENT SEGMENT OR CATEGORY :

1) CASH SEGMENT. (buy a stock and delivered to you by paying the entire amount in cash)

2) EQUITY DERIVATIVE SEGMENT. ( F & O segment: buy a future contract just paying the premium.)

3) CURRENCY DERIVATIVE SEGENT. (  for currency market )

4) DEBT SEGMENT. (like gov. and corporate bonds and mortgages)

5) COMMODITIES DERIVATIVE SEGMENT. ( commodity market ,trading in metal ,coal, sugar, farm product, etc)

STEP 1 : If you have knowledge of  sharemarket rules and regulations, also have good financial sound then go for direct investment. (buying a stock by doing financial and technical analysis )

STEP 2 :If you don't have have much knowledge and confusion about the share market then go for mutual funds, and parallelly increase your financial knowledge.( go for mutual funds )

SHORT TERM INVESTOR : INTRADAY TRADER ,SWING TRADER, F & O  TRADER (future and option)

LONG TERM INVESTOR : GO FOR  MUTUAL FUND.

HOW TO BUY MUTUAL FUNDS : There is not necessary to open the Demat account  for buying mutual fund, you just directly purchase from mutual fund companies.( nowadays, you can easily go online and search the different types of mutual funds and their past performance to make a decision easily.)

That's not meaning that you can not buy a mutual funds from Demat account, also you can buy mutual fundss through Demat account.

ADVANTAGES OF DEMAT ACCOUNT : Having Demat account for investors allows to purchase and redeem securities, mutual fund, and other investment on a single platform by electronically way which reduces the transaction time and reduce the unnecessary paperwork.

MUTUAL FUND INVESTMENT BY TWO WAYS

1) SIP : SYSTEMATIC INVESTMENT PLAN

2) LUMPSUM :Do the investment in a single payment mode rather than payment mode in installments.

NOTE : But my suggestion is that, If you are investing in mutual funds for the  first time, then go for a financial advisor who suggests the plan for your investment  based on your short term and long term goals.

WHAT IS EMERGENCY FUND Before we have started investing in the share market keep extra money or say emergency funds  at the side because if any uncertainty in the market then the emergency funds will work at a critical financial time.

IMPORTANCE OF EMERGENCY FUND :

Suppose you have started  your investment through sip in mutual funds and any uncertainty happened in market (like corona) then your sip flow will continue for that critical period of time if reserved emergency funds. so by the by you will continue to protect your long term investment to achieve your desire GOAL.

Aslo keep Mediclaim , Term plan , Life insurance for your healthwise and wealthwise safety.

Share market  is the platform where you grow your money by investing your extra reserved money.Which is not needed in short term future.

TERMS AND CONDITION : Investment and trading in securities is subject to market risk , past performance of scurities is not guarantee of future performance.

NIFTY 50 RANGE (SUPPORT AND RESISTANCE)

NIFTY 50 RANGE (SUPPORT AND RESISTANCE)

NIFTY RANGE :   SUPPORT AND RESISTANCE

NIFTY UPPER LEVEL OR SAY RESISTANCE ARE : 9210----9271----9384

NIFTY LOWER LEVEL RANGE : 9030 , 8850
But at 9000 you see the power house number which is strong magnete means 9000 is act as strong support  and so if market is going to be down below 9000 then it recovers and reach at 9000 further.
Now if market goes down below 9000 in day then chanses of market back to recovers near to 9000 .

Market required strong negative news and gap down closing is appeared then probably market going down very fast towards 6500. Becoz in power house number it is between 4000 and 9000 mid point and power house theory says market support near mid point which is 6500.

But it is not time that to reach 6500 it's take time spend near 9000 power house number becoz 9 is the cosmos biggest strong cosmos number.

Nifty goes near 6500 but it's take time but it probably very high that goes near 6500.

But market spends more  time near 9000 then the nifty  support is going to be up gradually means nifty  up  support at 7500 ,8000,8500,8800.so wait and watch.
